Is there a free version of HR Plus Platform?

Our starter package is designed for SME clients or HR teams who want to experience our service before committing a paid plan. 

In addition, all paid plans include a 3 month free trial period for you to experience our full services on enterprise scale. 

How does our pricing work?

Our pricing is predominately based on 2 variables : the number of employees in our platform and the services you subscribe. Our consulting  team will work with your leadership to tailor a solution that best fits your organisational needs. Once you have confirmed on your preferred solution, payment is made in one upfront installment on an annual basis. 

Do you have a minimum agreement amount?

Yes. The minimum annual agreement is $6000. All pricing is per employee, per month, and billed annually.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, through committing a yearly plan, you will receive an 20% discount.  In addition, if you are an enterprise client, we offer additional volume based discount based on your headcount.

What if I change my mind?

If you have chosen a monthly plan, and need to cancel your account, you are entitled to a prorated refund. We will automatically refund you the remaining balance from your original purchase.

Which pricing plan is right for me?

We understand that each organization is unique, requiring specific features to support their organizational goals in their employee experience building. Above you can see the features included in the different plans to support your needs.

How long are your agreements?

The minimum agreement term is a 12-month subscription. We offer longer-term agreements to help customers create more certainty to forecast their future costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept invoices by either cheque or bank transfer.

As employee headcounts may vary across the agreement period, how will that be billed?

When the agreement is signed, an agreed minimum license is assigned to your company. If your employee headcount is above the minimum license assigned at the end of the year, we issue a one time, prorated invoice to cover any new employees for the remainder of the current billing period. 

At the time of renewal, the new invoiced amount will reflect the additional employees.

Can I add additional modules?

HR Plus continues our goals to develop the best in class employee experience platform in the market. When a new module is released in your selected plan, you will enjoy the new feature for free in rest of your billing period. 

Do I need onboarding services?

Yes.  Improving your employee experience takes more than an amazing software ; It is about reshaping your workplace where employee love their work and stay. 

HR Plus people experts provide onboarding training to your HR team and business leadership to familiarize yourself with our product features and sharing relevant business use cases. 

What languages is Horus available in?

Horus is currently available in the following languages :

  • Chinese (Simplified & Traditional)

We understand that linguistic factor plays an important role in employee experience surveys, HR plus offers on-demand translation services of your selected surveys to ensure surveys are designed as native as possible to the user preferred language.

You don’t have to solve queries alone! HRplus’ customer success team is here to answer all your questions, share successful business use cases in improving your employee experience, and make sure you get the most value from our platform.

We offer a 3-months free nursing period for all our additional services. If you wish to continue subscribing after the nursing period,  we will issue a one time invoice on your selected services for the remainder of the current billing period.
